Delta Controls System Contractors for Various Capital Projects and Services at York Regional Facilities The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This RFSQ is open to all qualified contractors (“contractor”), who wish to be prequalified for the provision of Delta Controls Building Automation System services as part of future procurements. The Region has multiple Business Automation System (BAS) platforms at several locations. For complete bid details, refer to the RFSQ documents. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (S): Respondents must comply with all mandatory technical requirements outlined in the RFSQ, Appendix A, section D. Mandatory Technical Requirements. Responses that do not comply with all mandatory technical requirements will be rejected as non-compliant for failure to meet a Mandatory Technical Requirement.
