CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals from industry in response to its Request for Standing Offer (“RFSO) 1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES: 2.  MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: There are no Mandatory requirements to obtain access to the RFSO documents, nonetheless, the Proponent must ensure that they have the necessary skilled resources for a large scale property for: Contract governance Financial and contract budget compliance reviews Contract advising and support with service providers Consultation on EV charging 3. TO OBTAIN THE RFSO DOCUMENTATION As CBC/Radio-Canada uses MERX (https://www.MERX4.MERX.com/cbc) to manage its solicitation process, all Proponents must obtain the RFSO documents through MERX.  For new users, consult the link below to access the  MERX Supplier User Guide https://www.merx.com/cms-portals/MERX/cms/public/help/guides/supplieruserguide-v1.0.pdf You may also contact Merx directly at 1-800-964-6279   Determine your eligibility to participate based on the description/objective statement for the RFSO. Partial Proposals, amendments or revisions which are received after the date and time for the RFSO Submission Closing Date will not be accepted.
