Description of Procurement This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization’s capability and resources for prime consulting and design services for DAL/ ENG Computer Science Lab Relocations located at 245 Church Street (ENG) and 147 Dalhousie Street (DAL). The work will be performed in the following phase: Phase 1: Feasibility/ Concept Design Phase 2: Design Development and Construction documents Phase 3: Construction to Close-out Project Phases 2 and 3 will be contingent upon available funding, performance of the Successful Proponent and the future business needs of the University and will, therefore, continue as solely determined by the University. The deliverables and work stages are more fully described in Appendix B – Deliverables. The University intends to execute the Prime Consultant Professional Services Agreement attached as Appendix E. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.  Address and Final Date for Submissions Submissions must be submitted electronically at  https://tmu.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/84575  on or before October 31, 2024, 11:00:00 AM The submissions will not be opened publicly.
