Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Four Cylinder Hybrid Minivans The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to purchase multiple two (2) four cylinder hybrid minivans (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents. The City intends to issue purchase order(s) upon award, for two vehicles. The purchase order(s) may be for one or more make and model(s). The City encourages each Bidder to submit Quotations on that basis.
