The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. This prequalification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the prequalified Bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The Successful Bidder will be required to enter a Stipulated Price Subcontract contract with the Construction Manager. This Request for Qualifications document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidder’s Statement of Qualifications and specifies the evaluation criteria and Bidder selection process for this phase. Bidders that previously prequalified under Prequalification Package -1043- PWC Excavation & Backfill will be automatically prequalified under this RFQ. The Scope of Services of this prequalification package is for Site Works - Miscellaneous Excavation and Backfill Works.
