Polybutylene Water Service Replacements The Corporation of the Town Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondents) for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to replace existing water services on Bayview Avenue, Elmhurst Lane, Loves Road, Royal Road and Lake Drive South in Keswick in the Town of Georgina; The scope of work is divided into two components: Part 1 comprises 124 19mm polybutylene polyethylene water services on Bayview Ave, Elmhurst Lane, Loves Road, and Royal Road;Part 2 (provisional) comprises replacing 190 19mm polybutylene polyethylene water services on Lake Drive South, totaling three-hundred and fourteen (314) service replacements for the contract.All water services must be replaced with 19mm copper from the main to the property line, including curb stop and box; Authorization of Part 2 (provisional) is subject to Town of Georgina Council-s approval in the 2025 capital budget.
