| Overview | Gas Chromotography-Mass Spectromotry Instrument MacEwan University is seeking a vendor who can supply and install a Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer Instrument (the “Instrument”) and provide training, maintenance and ongoing support services (hereinafter together referred to as “Goods and Services”) for the University-s Faculty of Arts and Science - Physical Sciences.The Instrument shall be a suitable replacement for the existing Instrument and would consist of a GC with dual injection, one injection for a single quad mass selective detector and the second injector to an electron capture detector (GC-MS-ECD.) Go Live DateIt is the University-s expectation to enter into an Agreement(s) with the selected proponent. The Agreement(s) are to commence no later than June 25, 2024 so that all delivery, installation, configuration, testing and training can be completed by the go live date of August 25, 2024. Proponents are to confirm they have the time and resources to meet this timeline. Proponents unable to confirm that they can meet this timeline will, subject to the express and implied rights of the University, have their proposal rejected.
