Construction Management for the Peachland Child Care Centre This RFP is being issued under the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). To review the RFP documents, and or provide a proposal, interested parties must visit the following bidding platform page and register as a vendor: https: interiorpurchasing.bidsandtenders.ca Module Tenders en Summary: Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Peachland invites Proposals from organizations that are experienced in both; Management of construction (as either Construction Manager or General Contractor) for new-build educational facilities, and delivering projects under the Construction Management Delivery Model; to provide Construction Management Services and Work (as defined in the CCDC5B Contract) for the District-s new Peachland Childcare Centre Project. Project Summary: Key details of the Peachland Childcare Centre Project (the “Project”) are as follows:Project Location: a new greenfield site at 5481 Clements Crescent, Peachland, BC (to be renamed as 5601 Wild Goose Street, Peachland).Current Project Status: the Project currently has a conceptual design completed, and the District is in the RFP evaluation stage to select an Architect and Prime Consultant. Funding for the Project is confirmed as part of an overall $12.2 million grant from the Province of British Columbia-s ChildcareBC New Spaces Fund to the District of Peachland, which was announced by the Province on August 9th, 2024Overall Project Objective: design a...
