HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region intends to issue a Request for Tender for the reconstruction of Highway 11 from Morning Sideroad to Bathurst Street. The tender for this project is planned to be released in late 2024, with construction commencing in Spring 2025. For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (COR™): Any proposals received from proponents who are not Certificate of Recognition (COR™) certified, who have not obtained COR™ equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.Rated Criteria: The Region will evaluate each response that has met the mandatory submission requirements and mandatory technical requirements on the basis of the rated criteria as set out in Section E of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A).QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFPQ should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.
