HMMS04520 - Translation and Interpretation Detailed_Description : Scope of RFI:HMMS wishes to acquire a Translation and Interpretation solution that meets the following requirements:1.Ability to notify of interpreter cancellations to clinics before appointment 2.Services ensure cultural sensitivity and appropriateness when working with diverse patient populations 3.Sign language as a required service 4.Pre-booked virtual (phone) appointments: Interpreter services initiates contact with patient and starts either phone virtual conference 5.Having immediate phone tablet service6.In person rates charged without an hourly minimum 7.Online booking 8.If the patients are prebooked, having the service provider appointment reminders rather than the hospital 9.More dialects with different languages 10.In UCC we often have reassessments with patients.
