The SO will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $100,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $100,000.00 at any time during the duration of the SO for a total potential value of $200,000. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $2,000.00 and $10,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SO is $25,000.00.
