The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) with upto five (05) Contractors with a strong track record of bringing new innovations in large organizations to life. The anticipated term of any resulting SOA(s)  is up to seven (7) years (initial term of 5 years with a renewal term of up to 2 years, to be exercised in increments at Canada Post's sole discretion).
