| Overview | Supply and Installation of Play Equipment at Carlyle, Glendale, and Mausser Park This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Supply and Installation of Play Equipment at Carlyle, Glendale, and Mausser Park, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kitchener is looking to partner for the design, supply and installation of play equipment at three (3) parks: Carlyle, Glendale, and Mausser Park in Kitchener, Ontario. The overall construction of the three parks will be completed by a general contractor and the successful playground respondent will contract directly with the constructor, executing their Subcontract Stipulated Price Agreement, with a targeted completion date of Glendale and Mausser Park of December 2024 and June 2025 for Carlyle Park.
