County of St. Paul No. 19 - Request for Proposal - County of St. Paul -… The County of St. Paul is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of fuel products (the “Goods”) for a period of twenty-four (24) months commencing on January 1, 2025 and expiring on December 31, 2026. Tenderers must meet the minimum specifications for type of fuel and volumes. The service provided shall include and demonstrate the capacity to undertake the safe delivery of diesel and gasoline fuel to the locations on a scheduled basis to ensure that the County receives the necessary fuels to carry on its operations. 1.2Tenderers shall guarantee, in writing, the availability of fuels in such a manner to ensure that the operations of the County are not impaired in anyway. 1.3Tenderers shall supply the cost of fuels at the price subject to industry weekly increases or decreases and tax adjustments at the time of purchase.
