Supporting the Mrha Strategic Planning Process Mississippi River Health Alliance (MRHA) is seeking a proponent to assist in the organization-s strategic planning process. The resulting MRHA Strategic Plan should guide the organization over the next five years. MRHA has not gone through a formal strategic plan update since 2017 when a plan was developed to cover the period of 2014 to 2017. In recent years, MRHA has developed strategic priorities for 2023-25 but they do not in themselves form a strategic plan. MRHA now has a new CEO; is out of the COVID-19 pandemic and is part of a health system that is undergoing significant change. This is an ideal time for MRHA leadership to collaborate with patients, partners, and communities to refocus on an exciting future for the MRHA. The MRHA Board and Senior Team view the strategic planning process as a powerful tool to refocus the team on the future; create new partnership opportunities; advance our redevelopment and change the conversation about the role MRHA plays in our region. The intent is to be innovative and inclusive in the way MRHA co-creates a new strategy with patients, staff and the community. The role of the proponent will be to help facilitate the process and provide expert guidance and support.
