Overview	Rfp for Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing Zoning Amendment Bylaw Testing The Resort Municipality of Whistler is seeking Proposals to provide design, costing, and real estate valuation services for the "Whistler Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing Bylaw Testing" project. This project aims to test the Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) Zoning Amendment Bylaw by analyzing development scenarios on sites currently zoned for single-family homes, suites, and duplexes. We are looking for up to three professional teams, each comprising an architect or designer, a builder or contractor, and a realtor or broker. Each team will be assigned three sites with different scenarios involving varying numbers of dwelling units, housing forms, tenure types, and whether the site involves renovation or new construction. The project deliverables include:Development massing models for each scenario.Detailed construction cost estimates.Comparative market analysis and real estate valuations for all units.
