Proponents are invited to submit proposals for the provision of the required services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and proposal response format as specified in this RFP document. By responding to this RFP, each Proponent thereby acknowledges that it has reviewed the process, terms, conditions, and reserved rights contained in this RFP, and has voluntarily chosen to participate in this RFP, subject to those procedures, terms, conditions, and reserved rights. The Municipality seeks to retain the services of an experienced Proponent to develop and implement an IT Strategy to support and increase the capabilities and efficiency the Municipality’s hardware, software, and network services within its facilities and for outside work activities.
