| Overview | The Administration of Payroll Services With this RFP, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is seeking prospective proponents to submit proposals to outsource the administration of its Payroll, the “Services”, to an organization with in-depth experience with Government agencies (such as Crown Corporations and or other organizations with a public mandate), as further described in Section A and B of the RFP Specifications (Appendix C). It is CMHC-s intention to enter into an agreement on a non-exclusive basis with the successful proponent. The term of the agreement resulting from this RFP is to be for a period of five (5) years, with an option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two additional terms, the first up to three (3) years and a second for up to two (2) years.
