Ability to notify of interpreter cancellations to clinics before appointment 2. Services ensure cultural sensitivity and appropriateness when working with diverse patient populations 3. Sign language as a required service 4. Pre-booked virtual (phone) appointments: Interpreter services initiates contact with patient and starts either phone/virtual conference 5. Having immediate phone/tablet service 6. In person rates charged without an hourly minimum 7. Online booking 8. If the patients are prebooked, having the service provider appointment reminders rather than the hospital 9. More dialects with different languages 10. In UCC we often have reassessments with patients. How are multiple encounters with the same patient on the same day managed 11. Annual capacity to service 20,000+ hours in-person interpretation services; 5-10% of services occurring outside of regular business hours 12. Ability to plan and manage prescheduled telephone services, and ability to respond urgently to unscheduled phone/tablet services 13. Message relay service required 14. Written translation services
