CBC is currently processing payments from business and retail customers located in Canada and internationally. Payments are taken through virtual stores as well as point-of-sale (POS) terminals for card present transactions. Last year, more than 2 million transactions were processed. CBC is expecting this volume to increase in upcoming years due to increasing e-commerces stores that serve domestic and international customers. CBC/Radio-Canada uses MERX (https://www.MERX4.MERX.com/cbc) to manage its solicitation process. All Suppliers/Proponents must obtain the RFx documents through MERX. If it is not already registered, please follow the MERX Supplier User Guide link above and/or call 1-800-964-6379. 3.  Once registered the mandatory requirements qualification form is located under the Required Acknowledgement section of this opportunity and can be accessed by clicking “Place Bid”. (this will also register you for the Rfx) 4.  Complete and sign the form by responding and providing evidence to support the claim, in other words, “yes” is not sufficient evidence to qualify 5.  Email the completed form to the contact indicated below 6.  The Supplier/Proponent understands that by accessing the RFx documents that it is bound by the Confidentiality clause elaborated in Part II: General Provisions Section A: Supplier’s/Proponent’s Instructions 1.
