BREIF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, the renovation of 1,011.3 SM (10,885 SF) of office space on the ground floor, 680 SM (7,319 SF) of office space on the second floor including the corridor and the washrooms by the elevators, 600 SM (6,457 SF) of office space on the third floor, and 732 SM (7,882 SF) of office space on the fourth floor at the York Region Administrative Centre, known as package D.
