Trenching and re-instatement of asphalt to be included f) Gas line riser at building with shut-off and regulator, if required. g) Bollards to protect gas riser h) Gas load will be two boilers fired at 399mbh, total of 798mbh. The Municipality will enter into a nominal 5-year contract with the vendor. The price of gas is to be based on the Sarnia rack price plus an appropriate mark-up.
