DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT Parking Lot Repairs at 130 Old Kingston Road Parking Services of the Department of Campus Safety Operations at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) require a contractor to resurface aparking lot (approximately 100 parking spaces), paint parking stalls, accessible stalls, crosswalks, stop signs and stop bars and speed humps.  The parking lot is located at 130 Old Kingston Road in the UTSC Valley. Refer to Schedule 1 of the Form of Agreement for a Description of Goods and/or Services. Scope of Work Highlights Work included is as follows:   Removal of existing asphalt, regrade and compact existing base material.  Addition of new gravel and compact as needed to achieve appropriate grade. The supply and installation of asphalt compact HL8 for base and HL3 for the topcoat. Paint approximately 100 parking stalls, four accessible spaces and two crosswalks. Installation of two speed humps andtwo crosswalks at two intersections.
