Geotechnical Consultant Services Standing Offer Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at various locations across the Pacific Region. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score.The SO will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 1,500,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to three (3) additional year periods and may be increased twice in the order of $500,000.00 for each increment. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $ 10,000.00 and $ 100,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SO is $ 350,000.00.
