Description The Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services Department of the City of Ottawa, in conjunction with various departments, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposals from capable organizations to provide vending options at various City facilities.  Interested Proponents can submit a proposal to provide vending options for one or multiple categories as outlined below. Categories: 1-Healthy Food Options 2-Capsule and Candy Dispensers 3-Snacks 4-Coffee and Hot Beverage   A Category may be divided into separate Districts (e.g. East, West, Central and Special Operations), wherein a Proponent can submit to be evaluated for one or more of those Districts within each Category. This may be due to the large area of the City and number of facilities potentially available for the Category. For example, Category 1 Healthy Food Options, may allow for Proponents to bid for separate districts.  A Proponent based in the East of the City may only want to provide vending services for the East district.   Their submission could then be the full technical proposal and a financial proposal that just provides pricing for that district.   Another Proponent may be interested in 2 districts and could submit a full technical proposal and a financial proposal for two of those districts.   Proponents can always provide financial proposals for all districts if interested in doing so.
