Gateway offers primary care, allied care, dental care and a range of community programs through a lens of health equity with particular attention on the social determinants of health. Gateway has an annual budget of 5.9M, employs 44 staff and is the transfer payment agency and co lead for the Hastings Prince Edward Ontario Health Team.The Board of Directors have set a budget of $20,000 to $25,000 for the project.Scope of Work: The consultant will work closely with our Board of Directors and key stakeholders to: Conduct a review of the current mission, vision and values statements.
