Snow and Ice Removal - Quebec Research and Development Center Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada-s (AAFC) Quebec Research and Development Centre must remain accessible 24 hours a day during the winter months. The Quebec Research and Development Centre (AAFC-AAC) requires snow removal and salt spreading from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weekdays and 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays. The Research and Development Centre is open 5 days per week from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., although some agriculture research is conducted around the clock over extended periods of time.
