Overview | Masonry Trade Services Objective The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) intends to pre-qualify applicants for the Masonry Trade Services across NPCA parks, conservation areas and facilities. The prequalification process aims to identify contractors who have the necessary experience, expertise, and resources to perform high-quality masonry work in accordance with project specifications. Only the respondents who successfully prequalify will be permitted to submit bids quotations and perform work on these projects. In undertaking this prequalification of general contractors, the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (“NPCA”) intends to meet the following goals: 1) To facilitate the calling of bids quotations from Prequalified Bidders that have consistently performed to high standards on similar projects. 2) To ensure that the procurement process is consistent, competitive, equitable, transparent, and always delivers the quality of product that is specified.
