Project: Tender_20186 - Financial Assessment of Legacy Wells The Legacy Wells Financial Assessment will be primarily based on a desktop review of existing Oil and Gas Legacy well records, risk assessment and a limited field work component. The assessment will include any required pre and post-abandonment and well plugging activities such as environmental site assessment, gas migration monitoring and sampling, site preparation and site rehabilitation costs Scope of Work • Develop a cost estimate matrix based on risk assessment and existing available well records and develop well site rehabilitation costs that includes at the minimum the following factors: well depth, well type, well age, drill rig mobilization and demobilization, drill rig and personnel hourly rates, site preparation costs, drilling and plugging supplies, support equipment, waste management, mud circulation system, site remediation and reclamation, on-site and off-site technical oversight and project management, landowners liaison, access road construction (when applicable) crop damage compensation (when applicable), blow prevention system (when applicable), rig less plugging (when applicable), in-situ and laboratory cement plug testing and cementing type, pre and post plugging gas and groundwater monitoring and sampling and pre and post site and well investigations Optional Information Session via Microsoft Team: October 17th, 2024, 15:00.
