Dynacare Schedule Courier Services Notice is hereby given that Interior Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Scheduled Courier Services for the Interior Health Authority for a term of one (1) year at an estimated value of $3.98M before tax. Dynacare-Gamma Laboratory Partnership 115 Midair Court Brampton, ON, Canada L6T 5M3 In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason: The goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason: To ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative. To ensure the continued supply of these essential services to the Health Authority without disruption, PHSA will direct award a contract to the current vendor while the currently planned competitive procurement process for future contract(s) is completed.
