Overview	Secure Document Destruction Services Detailed_Description : The objective of this Request for Bids is to establish an enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Secure Document Destruction Services by entering into an Agreement with a single-vendor capable of providing the services across the Province of Ontario. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of four years. The VOR arrangement will be made available to all ministries and agencies covered by the Ontario Public Service Procurement Directive. The VOR arrangement will also be made available, on an optional basis, to Provincially Funded Organizations. Scope of Work : The Vendor is required to securely collect, transport, destroy and dispose of unwanted documents in accordance with the Government of Ontario-s information security and privacy requirements and in conjunction with information handling procedures as established by the Information, Privacy and Archives Division and any other applicable regulations and requirements. Additional services may be included in the posted RFB.The Vendor must provide destruction functions both on-site and off-site for all regions. Service frequency will vary but include;1. On-site removal, off-site destruction, and off-site Disposal;2. On-site removal, on-site destruction, and off-site Disposal;3. Emergency critical document retrieval;4. Client container access protocol (e.g. Combination Lock or Key);5. Bulk document destruction; and6.
