Supply and delivery of decision-making Thermal Imaging Cameras (TICs) units, parts and accessories to replace existing equipment and fulfill future lifecycle requirements for the Calgary Fire Department.3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. The City intends to enter into an Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.The Agreement will be for an initial term of four (4) years.After the initial term, the Agreement may be renewed two (2) times for two (3) year(s) each time to a potential maximum of ten (10) years.The Agreement will not include a POC.
