Acquisition of it Courses The Ministry of Defence's Material and Procurement Agency (hereafter FMI) needs to acquire IT courses within the following overall categories: • Cyber ??and information security. • Network, including WAN, LAN, IP, communication etc. courses related to the network category. • Client server. FMYou have prepared a more detailed specification of the course categories, which can be found on the digital tender file, cf. the link in the section on attachment details in this advance notice. Interested suppliers are encouraged to read this carefully. It is FMI's assessment that FMI's annual purchasing volumewithin the above-mentioned course categories, as calculated in accordance with Section 35 of the Public Procurement Act, is below the threshold value, cf. Section 7 of the Public Procurement Act. FMI therefore does not consider the acquisition to be subject to tender. Since FMI wants as wide a selection of courses as possible, all interested suppliers are invited to 1 )to forward levthe supplier's relevant course catalogues, in Excel format, within the relevant course categories, and 2) provide the supplier's contact and order details. FMI will then collect all received course catalogs in a course bank, and any future purchase of the IT courses in question will thus beke according to this course bank. The individual purchases will be made by FMI or any other unit under the Ministry of Defense that needs a course, and the choice of course will be based on which course in the specific situation is deemed best suited to meet the need.
