Additional information Being admitted to the qualification system allows the candidate to be considered for selection in tenders organized by Evida under the qualification system. It is important to note that admission to the qualification system does not guarantee that the supplier will secure agreements or contracts with Evida. The selection process for each tender is separate, and the final decision regarding awarding agreements rests with Evida based on their evaluation and specific criteria for each tender. Tenders under the qualification system must be submitted via Mercell and are expected to be either in Danish or English, as the working language during execution is normally Danish and English. For each stage/specific task, Evida expects to request proposals from 3-5 companies enrolled in the qualification system. The bidder that the Contracting Authority intends to award the specific agreement to, will be required in accordance with section 152 of the Public Procurement Act, to provide documentation verifying the accuracy of the information provided in the ESPD document prior to the award.
