The it solution must offer the following: - exchange of messages with oecd members via the oecd common transmission system (cts) - handling messages in etr xml format (https://www. Oecd. Org/tax/beps/exchange-on-tax-rulings-xml-schema-user-guide-for-tax-administrations. Htm) - validate data according to the etr xml schema and reply with a status message (https://www. Oecd. Org/tax/beps/exchange-on-tax-rulings-status-message-xml-schema-user-guide-for-tax-administrations. Htm) - gui with to import the data to be exchanged e. G.
