Participants can bring their computers with mobile internet connection and also their scanned ID documents. Any request for clarification must be submitted in writing via the messaging functionality on the portal. The UNDP resp.will be sent in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of the query. Please indicate whether you intend to submit an offer by creating a draft response without submitting it directly in the system.
