Overview	Evaluation and Testing of the Operation of It Systems and Their Control Mechanisms to Evaluate the Costs of the Payment Institution (arib) Eagf and the Eafrd Fund Certification Audit A brief description of the procurement: The object and purpose of the procurement is to evaluate and test the functioning of IT systems and their control mechanisms, which will evaluate whether IT systems and related procedures are well designed and functional, responding to procedural rules including European Union and national legislation (hereinafter work). This work is part of the costs certification audits of the European Agricultural Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Rural Development Agricultural Fund (EAGF) and the European Rural Development Agriculture (EAGF). The activities covered by the procurement include: Rating and testing the functioning of automatic IT control mechanisms in the IT systems referred to in paragraph 3.5; assessing and testing the performance of the performance reporting system; assessment and testing of the functioning of a geomal application and soil monitoring system; Verification of the legality and correctness of the costs of payments in IT systems.
