The Combined and Harmful Service Service of Animal By-products A brief description of the procurement: The aim of the Ministry of Regional and Agriculture (contracting authority) is to find a provider who would provide farmers in Estonia to get rid of category I by-products. Category I animal by -products includes killed ruminant (cattle, sheep, goat). In doing so, the contracting authority reserves the right to unilaterally define which services and the tariff, based on the services provided to farmers, pays for the services (providing state aid to the manufacturers). The exact rate, the services or parts thereof which are compensated by the contracting authority shall be fixed by the contracting authority upon the award of the contract.
