Purchase of Cars and Vans for the Welfare Area of ??Southern Ostrobothnia The South Ostrobothnia welfare region acquires different types of cars and vans through a dynamic procurement system. Vehicles are used for various home visits, goods transport and technical maintenance and are divided into the following categories: passenger cars, minivanstot, vans, leasing passenger cars, leasing minivans, leasing vans. Bidders can bid in one or more categories. Participation applications can be submitted to the dynamic procurement system throughout its duration. It is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice, unlessit is suspended or changed while the dynamic procurement system is in effect. The actual procurements are made through internal tenders of the dynamic procurement system, in which the object of the procurement is described and specified. A separate contract is concluded for each internal competition. Contract period mwill be determined separately in the internal competition on a case-by-case basis. You can apply to be a bidder in the dynamic procurement system if you meet the suitability requirements, which are stated on the ESPD form and in the section Criteria for the object of procurement.
