Acquisition of an Electronic Archiving System for Data Materials The object of the procurement is a system suitable for the long-term storage of digital data materials of the city of Uusikaupunki (hereinafter the Client or Procurement Unit), i.e. the so-called electronic filing system. The data materials to be stored can be generated electronically or digitized. To be kept untileto materials can consist of different file formats (e.g. text documents, recordings, map materials). Data materials can form separate logical data sets. Data sets can have different classification criteria and metadatat. Data materials to be transferred to the electronic filing system consist of public and confidential documents and documentary information. The materials contain personal data. The archiving system must keep the data intact, unchanged and usable for the entire life of the dataI'm running. The data must be able to be deleted from the system when the storage period defined for them has expired. In addition, the materials must be able to be transferred from the system to e.g. the national archive service. The system must also be suitable for information service and has e.g. versatile search functionality. The acquired system must meet the national data management (including data security) and long-term storage requirements of legislation and standards for data processing, storage and disposal.
