Short description Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohteena ovat erikoiskäyttötietokoneet (mm. ruggeroidut vaativiin ympäristöolosuhteisiin tarkoitetut tietokoneet, sairaalatietokoneet tai ajoneuvotietokoneet) sekä niihin liittyvät lisätarvikkeet ja palvelut Hansel Oy:n asiakkaille tämän osallistumispyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. DPS:n kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat pyytää koko dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän keston ajan oikeutta osallistua dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään. DPS:ään hyväksyttävien ehdokkaiden määrää ei ole rajoitettu. Hansel hyväksyy DPS:ään kaikki ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Ehdokasta ei hyväksytä DPS:ään, jos ehdokas on syyllistynyt tai sen edustus-, päätös- tai valvontavaltaa käyttävä henkilö on syyllistynyt johonkin hankintalain 80 §:ssä tarkoitetuista rikoksista (pakolliset poissulkemisperusteet). DPS:ään voidaan jättää hyväksymättä ehdokas, jota koskee hankintalain 81 §:ssä tarkoitettu harkinnanvarainen poissulkemisperuste. DPS on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä (ks. liite 2 Sopimus dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään osallistumisesta).
