Virtsanäytteen siirtoadapterit HUS-yhtymä (jäljempänä myös "Hankintayksikkö" tai "Tilaaja") pyytää tarjouksia virtsanäytteen siirtoadaptereiden hankintaan. Kyseessä on useamman hankintayksikön yhteishankinta, joka toteutetaan hankintarenkaana. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä pyydettyjä tuotteita tulevat käyttämään: HUS-yhtymä (HUS), Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue, Helsingin kaupunki, Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue, Keski-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue, Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue, Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue, Puolustusvoimat ja ISLAB hyvinvointiyhtymä. Virtsanäytteen siirtoadapterin käyttötarkoitus on virtsanäytteen siirtäminen näytteenottopurkista/-astiasta virtsanäyteputkeen, jos purkissa ei ole adapteria valmiina. Hankinnan kohteeseen sisältyvät myös tarjottuihin tuotteisiin liittyvät lisätuotteet, kuten lisäkoot ja -tarvikkeet, joita tarjoaja voi ilmoittaa liitteellä 1 Tuoteliite. Valitun sopimustoimittajan kanssa solmitaan erilliset sopimukset HUS-yhtymän ja ISLAB hyvinvointiyhtymän kanssa. Sopimukset solmitaan määräaikaisiksi 48 kuukaudeksi, jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu voimassa toistaiseksi, ellei sitä irtisanota sopimusehtojen mukaisesti. Hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettuihin kulutusmääriin. Lopulliset tilausmäärät voivat olla ilmoitettua suurempia tai pienempiä. Tilaajalla ei ole määräostovelvoitetta. Tavoitteena on kilpailutuksen avulla saada valikoimiin käyttöön sopivat ja turvalliset tuotteet.
