Sähkösuunnittelu 2024 - 2026 (2028) Hankinnan kohteena ovat Porvoon kaupungin hallinnassa olevien kiinteistöjen korjaus- ja muutostöihin sekä investointeihin liittyvät sähkösuunnittelun tehtävät. Toimeksiantojen koko ja sisältö vaihtelee pienistä yksittäisistä tehtävistä laajempiin tehtäväkokonaisuuksiin. Pienet yksittäiset tehtävät tehdään tuntihintaperusteisena laskutyönä. Laajempien kokonaisuuksien osalta toimittaja antaa kohteesta kattohintaisen tarjouksensa. Toimeksiannoissa tulee noudattaa Taloteknisen suunnittelun tehtäväluetteloa TATE 2018. Tilaajalla ei ole määräostovelvoitetta. Puitesopimustoimittajalla ei ole yksinoikeutta tuottaa hankinnan kohteena olevia töitä. Tilaaja voi tilata sopimuskautena ko. toimialan töitä myös yksittäisiä hankkeita koskevilla erillisillä hankintamenettelyillä. Puitesopimustoimittajat voivat osallistua näihin kilpailutuksiin. The size and content of assignments varies from small individual tasks to larger sets of tasks. Small individual tasks are done as billed work based on an hourly rate. In the case of larger entities, the supplier will give a ceiling price offer for the item. Orders must comply with Taloteknisen's task list for TATE 2018. The customer has no obligation to purchase in quantity. The framework contract supplier does not have the exclusive right to produce the works that are the subject of procurement.
