Suursuon sairaalan viemärikorjaukset ja käyttövesijärjestelmän säätö, kokonaisurakka Urakassa uusitaan ja pinnoitetaan pääosa kiinteistön viemäreistä. Nykyinen käyttövesijärjestelmä säädetään uudelleen. Työt suoritetaan käytössä olevassa sairaalassa. Urakkamuotona on kokonaisurakka, jossa urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana. Urakkasopimuksen mukaisten töiden suunniteltu aloitusajankohta on 06.01.2025. Kokonaisurakassa urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön ja Yleisten sopimusehtojen (YSE 1998) tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana, joka vastaa työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista, työmaapalveluista ja työturvallisuudesta. Urakoitsijaksi valitaan kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman tarjouksen antanut tarjoaja.
