Paloilmoitin- ja palovaroitinjärjestelmien huolto, puitejärjestely 2025–2026 Paloilmoitin- ja palovaroitinjärjestelmien huolto, puitejärjestely 2025–2026 Tähän hankintaan liittyvä puitejärjestely koskee Helsingin kaupungin, Kaupunkiympäristön toimialan omistamien kiinteistöjen paloilmoitin- ja palovaroitinjärjestelmien lakisääteisiä huoltoja ja korjauksia, sekä määräaikaistarkastuksia ja olemassa olevan laitteiston päivityksiä tai osittaista uusintaa. Puitesopimus tullaan tekemään 4-6 tarjoajan kanssa, mikäli soveltuvia tarjoajia on näin monta. Paloilmoitinjärjestelmien huoltojen osalta sopimuskausi alkaa aikaisintaan 1.1.2025. Palovaroitinjärjestelmien huoltojen osalta sopimuskausi alkaa aikaisintaan 1.2.2025. Sopimuskausi päättyy 31.12.2026. Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimuskautta yhdellä (1) kahden (2) vuoden pituisella optiokaudella. Tilaaja ilmoittaa tästä Palveluntuottajalle kirjallisesti ennen Sopimuksen päättymistä.
