Lot: LOT-0000 Title: Personnel rental service Description: The subject of the procurement is the personnel rental for food and cleaning services, supplementing the personnel resources of Sastamala Ruoka- ja Puhtauspalvelut Oy Servi. Temporary labor is mainly used to treat short-term and acute substitutes and to meet unpredictable short-term labor needs. The need for substitute labor often arises unexpectedly, for example as a result of sick leave, in which case rental labor must be available even for shifts starting on the same day. If necessary, rental labor can also be used for longer-term, fixed-term employment relationships and for other labor needs of the Subscriber. The titles of personnel needed by the customer are cook, catering worker, service worker, dishwasher and facility custodian. According to the client's estimate, the need for hired labor is distributed in such a way that approximately 70% of the labor need is for cleaning services and 30% for food services. Hired labor may be needed at all of the Client's work sites (see Appendix 2. Work sites). Work items may change, increase or decrease during the contract period.
