Tarvittaessa vuokratyövoimaa voidaan hyödyntää myös pidempiaikaisiin, määräaikaisiin työsuhteisiin sekä muihin Tilaajan työvoimatarpeisiin. Tilaajan tarvitseman henkilöstön nimikkeet ovat kokki, ravitsemistyöntekijä, palvelutyöntekijä, tiskaaja ja laitoshuoltaja. Tilaajan arvion mukaan vuokratyövoiman tarve jakautuu siten, että noin 70% työvoimatarpeesta kohdistuu puhtauspalveluihin ja 30% ruokapalveluihin. Vuokratyövoimaa voidaan tarvita kaikissa Tilaajan työkohteissa (ks. Liite 2. Työkohteet). Työkohteet voivat muuttua, lisääntyä tai vähentyä sopimuskauden aikana. Hankinnan kohteen tarkempi kuvaus löytyy tästä tarjouspyynnöstä ja sen liitteistä. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä mainitut ostomäärät ovat arvioita eikä Tilaaja sitoudu mihinkään ostomääriin sopimuskauden aikana. Procedure Title: Personnel hire service Description: The subject of the procurement is Sastamala Ruoka- ja Puhtauspalvelut Oy Servi's staff hire for food and cleaning services, supplementing the personnel resources. Temporary labor is mainly used to treat short-term and acute substitutes and to meet unpredictable short-term labor needs. The need for substitute labor often arises unexpectedly, for example as a result of sick leave, in which case rental labor must be available even for shifts starting on the same day.
