The building site is located in the core of Turku in the 1st block of the 7th district, also known asAs a Fortuna block, following the pattern of the 19th century. The area is bordered by Linnankatu on the northwest edge, Aurakatu on the northeast, and Laentinen Rantakatu and Aurajoki on the southeast. The other plots of the block are located on the southwest side of the area, where all of them are mainly old commercial and residential buildings and yard buildingsnope.
