Vantaan kaupunki luovuttaa tarjouskilpailun kautta valitun toimijan käyttöön kohdekohtaisesti 4–20 henkilö- ja pakettiautoille mitoitetun pysäköintiruudun maa-alan käyttöoikeuden sähköautojen lataamista varten. Kilpailutettavat kohteet sijaitsevat Kuusijärven ulkoilualueen, Hakunilan urheilupuiston ja Myyrmäen urheilupuiston pysäköintialueilla. Tarjoaja järjestää ja toteuttaa lataustoiminnan luovutettua maa-aluetta vastaan kokonaisuudessaan, kaupunki ei osallistu rahoittamiseen tai investointeihin. Tarjottavat latausasemat osoitetaan julkiseen käyttöön. Asiasta solmitaan käyttöoikeussopimus. Sopimuskauden pituus on 10 vuotta sisältäen kolmen (3) vuoden jatko-option.
