Järjestelmässä hankitaan leikkausvalaisimet leikkaussalikäyttöön. HUS:n tavoitteena on hankkia joustavalla ja yksinkertaisella menettelyllä laadukkaita tarvikkeita ja tuotteita tukemaan HUS:n ja sen kumppanien tehtävien täyttämistä. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmään voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia koko sen keston ajan. Se on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän voimassa ollessa. Varsinaiset hankinnat tehdään dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, joissa kuvataan ja täsmennetään hankinnan kohde.
