Procedure Title: Invataksipalvelut Description: HUS-yhtymä pyytää tarjouksia HUS Akuutti Sairaankuljetuksen (myöhemmin HUS Sairaankuljetus) tilaamista invataksi- ja potilaskuljetuspalveluista HUS Sairaankuljetuksen toiminta-alueella. HUS Sairaankuljetuksen nykyinen toiminta-alue on kuvattu Palvelukuvauksessa, ja toiminta-alue saattaa muuttua sopimuskaudella. Kuljetukseen tarkoitettu kalusto ovat invatakseja joko M1 -luokan tai M-2 ja M-3-luokan pienoislinja-auto (joukkoliikenneluvat) ajoneuvo, joka sisältää kuljetuksiin tarvittavan kaluston. Kuljetukset ovat hoitolaitosten välisiä tai muuten hoitoa tukevia kuljetuksia, kuten kotikäyntejä, terapiakäyntejä, retkiä. Vuoden 2023 tilastoihin perustuvien laskelmien perusteella kuljetustehtäviä on ollut vuodessa yli 20'000 kpl. Nykyisiä sopimuksia on hoitamassa kuusi ( 6 ) eri palveluntuottajaa joiden yhteenlaskettu 4 vuoden arvonlisäveroton kokonaislaskutus on ollut n. 4'000'000€. Invataksi- ja potilaskuljetuspalveluita tehdään tällä hetkellä mm. HUSin omista sairaaloista, Helsingin sairaaloista, Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueen sairaaloista ja terveyskeskuksista, Vantaan-Keravan hyvinvointialueen sairaaloista ja terveyskeskuksista, Keski-Uudenmaan terveyskeskuksista ja hyvinvointialueen sairaaloista sekä Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueen terveyskeskuksista ja sairaaloista. Palveluntuottajan tulee varautua siihen, että kuljetustarpeet alati muuttuvat. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä mainitut volyymit ja määrät ovat sitoumuksettomia edellisen vuoden toimintaan liittyviä lukuja tai arvioita tulevasta tarpeesta.
